My mother leaned close to her ear, whispering words I couldn’t hear. When I was a child, I was not close to my Mom. I was more of a Father’s girl. But as I grew up, I started to confide more to my Mom. Every night, after dinner, my Mom and I will have “Kitchen Talks”. I’d hangout in the kitchen while she stores the leftovers or wash dishes and we’d start talking on just about anything. My day at the office, her day at the office, friends, boyfriends etc. I miss my Mom.

My dad, mom and sister all wears glasses. I’m the only one in our family that doesn’t wear any glasses and I can’t believe that after all this years of working in front of the computer, my vision is still ok. It’s like those websites where you upload your photo and you can choose your hairstyle but for this particular site instead of hairstyle you can try on different eyeglasses. Cool huh?
